Jason Clow : ​Senior Appraiser / Manager / Owner
Jason has 27 years experience as a residential appraiser in Maricopa County. Having a bachelor of science degree in marketing & management along with being a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, has provided a solid foundation for the backbone of an ethical appraisal firm. He has experience in all types of residential properties throughout all of Maricopa, Yavapai, and Pinal Counties. In addition, Jason has review appraiser experience at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Amanda Clow : Owner / Office Manager
Amanda has over 10 years of appraisal management / customer service experience. She is the voice of the company and is well versed in all aspects of appraisal assignments, appraisal task management, scheduling, and client / customer relations.
Andrew Watts : Staff Appraiser
Andrew has over eight years of appraisal experience including training and mentoring new residential appraisers. Andy can provide residential appraisal services for all residential property types, including multi-family and complex jumbo properties. His focus and critical thinking skills along with his ability to multi-task complex appraisal problems have expanded the company's external valley-wide presence. Andy is enthusiastic in the off-road community and is extremely familiar with the Maricopa and Pinal County real estate market.
Kameron Miller : Staff Appraiser
Kameron has a bachelor of science degree in sports management and was born and raised in the West Valley of Maricopa County. Kameron is very detailed oriented with an endless willingness to learn and progress as a professional appraiser, to provide exceptional quality appraisals to all clients. His passion for sports and outdoor activities gives him a competitive edge to challenging work environments, along with his focus on technology to improve speed and accuracy in his residential appraisal assignments.
